I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the fantastic full English breakfast both mornings and the cozy, spacious room. The garden area was perfect for some quiet relaxation with a book, and the charming lounge was nice for unwinding. The only hiccup was that I didn’t get to interact much with the hosts during my stay, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all. 😊

had a lovely stay at the coach house, emma was super nice and gave us great tips for walks n cruises. the location is ace, right between windermere and bowness. the room was cozy with all we needed and the breakfast was delish, loved the homemade yogurt! parking was easy too, plenty of space for my car.
the wifi was a bit spotty sometimes and the towels were kinda small.

excellent stay with minor improvements needed
The hosts provided exceptional communication, making me feel welcomed. The breakfast choices allowed for a delightful start to the day, with the added charm of hot milk for coffee.
The decor in the common areas could use some refreshing.

Amazing family vibe!
I spent 3 nights in a cozy room that felt just right for one. The owners are super friendly and made me feel like part of their fam! Breakfast was yum, especially Mark's yogurt—so good! WiFi was solid too, except for some small dropouts.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick stopover in Windermere with extraordinarily good value for money. The continental breakfast had lots of choice, and we loved being able to take it back to our room. Bring a light jacket for the cooler mornings.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed riverside strolls and even hired a kayak. The location is perfect, just a short walk to eateries and the lake. The room was spacious and clean, with helpful recommendations from the owners. Mark's breakfast was also a highlight!
The parking can be a bit tight, which might be tricky for larger vehicles.

Mark and Emma greeted me warmly upon arrival. Their friendly approach made me feel at home straight away. The Double Room with Private Bathroom was spotless and cozy, with a lovely ambiance. The bed offered an excellent night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the breakfast delivered right to my room. it was a delightful way to start the day without rushing. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Windermere and Bowness, making it easy to explore. parking was a bit tight. Larger vehicles may have a challenging time fitting into the designated spaces. I noticed that the Wi-Fi could be inconsistent at times, which made it difficult for me to catch up on some work. I would certainly consider returning for another stay.

The décor was charmingly rustic, making me feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and bright, with lovely touches that catered perfectly to comfort and ease of access, especially for my senior companions.
Perhaps a shower seat could enhance comfort.

Charming rustic décor, spacious and bright rooms, personalized local guides
Inconsistent shower temperature and low water pressure affected comfort!!! Parking spaces were too tight for larger vehicles, causing potential inconvenience!!! Wi-Fi connectivity could be spotty at times, which can be quite bothersome!!!

Spotlessly clean with a comfortable King Room that felt spacious. The location made for easy access to both the town and the lake, perfect for exploring.
The iron in the room had scorched markings from previous use, making it tricky to use without risk. The shower door didn't slide smoothly and likely needs an adjustment for better functionality. Breakfast service felt disconnected, as food was left outside the room rather than enjoying a communal experience, and communication around check-out could have been clearer. I found myself leaving without a proper send-off.
